This store existed in our heads long before it became real.
Pretty Smart Twins is the result of two twin sisters spending years creating things, building things, surviving convention chaos and refusing to let go of the dream of opening a real shop.
Before the shop, there was creativity everywhere.
We were always making things. As kids, we built cardboard chairs we could actually sit on, made treehouses, crafted, drew, redesigned and turned random materials into little projects.
Our dad worked as a roofer, so tools, building materials and making things by hand always felt normal. Later, fashion, sewing, drawing, retail and Artist Alleys all became part of the same story.

The Pretty Smart Timeline
early 2000s
Twin sisters, creativity, drawing, fashion and DIY chaos from the very beginning.
Childhood
Building cardboard chairs, treehouses and handmade projects. Creating things was never just a hobby.
2014–2016
First experiences with retail, selling, customers and understanding how shops work.
2019–2021
Retail training in Trier and learning more about presentation, service and store organization.
2021
First written shop concepts: alternative fashion, customization and the dream of a creative boutique.
2022–2024
Conventions, Artist Alleys, handmade jewelry, stickers, scrunchies, displays and building the brand.
2025
Store viewings, paperwork, contracts, taxes, insurance and all the real business chaos.
2026
Pretty Smart Twins becomes a real store in Trier. A permanent little Artist Alley.
Cute, chaotic and built by actual artists.
Pretty Smart Twins is a small artist-led shop for handmade jewelry, accessories, stickers, prints, fashion pieces, fandom culture and independent artists.
The shop was never supposed to feel sterile. It should feel personal, creative and real: a little bit cute, a little bit edgy, but still clean enough to shop in.
