    We offer repairs for most items purchased in our shop and many of them are even free of charge. If something needs fixing, just bring it back to us. We’ll take care of it and make sure your favourite pieces stay with you for a long time.

Will items be restocked or are they limited?

Most pieces are small-batch or limited because we design everything ourselves. Some favourites return, others never come back, so if you love something, grab it while it’s here.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Online orders follow standard German e-commerce rules. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Store purchases cannot be returned or exchanged. Opened items, damaged packaging, or missing freebies/flyers cannot be accepted.

Can I pick up my order at an event or convention?

Yes! Just choose event pickup at checkout (or message us). You can grab your order directly at our booth, meet us in person, and check out new drops live.

Do you repair items purchased from you?

Absolutely. We repair most items bought from us, many repairs are even free. Just bring the piece to our store.

Are your earrings and accessories hypoallergenic?

Yes. Our jewelry is made with stainless steel, which is hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin. Perfect for everyday wear without irritation.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us right away with photos. We’ll repair or replace the item depending on the situation. We will find a solution.
