Planning to visit us at one of our conventions? You can pick up your online order there instead of having it shipped!
How it works
- Add your favorite items to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Select Store Pickup as your delivery method.
- Enter the name of the convention as your discount code.
- Complete your order and we'll prepare it for pickup at that event.
Examples
JAPANEXPO
→ Pick up your order at Japan Expo.
DOKOMI
→ Pick up your order at DoKomi.
NERDCON
→ Pick up your order at NerdCon.
Simply use the convention name as your code if we have announced that we'll be attending.
What if the code doesn't work?
If the convention code isn't accepted, don't worry! It may not have been created yet, or the event may not be available for pickup at this time.
Just contact us before placing your order and we'll be happy to help you or arrange your pickup manually.
Please note:
Only use convention pickup codes for events that we have officially announced. Orders without a valid convention code will be prepared for our regular store pickup location.
